Method To Our Madness
When we first take on a client we want to make sure quality of movement is present. We teach mobility first, technique second, strength last. We provide detailed programming so you know exactly what to do when you walk into the gym. Our programming focus on developing a strong core and maximizing your time.
- Priming the body for movement. Activating muscles and getting a light sweat.
- Either Squatting, Pressing, Dead-lifting. We will target the largest muscle groups because they burn the most calories, muscle burns fat. Let's get you strong.

Kevin has tested exercise for years to see what works. We got rid of the split training routine and sacrificed our fitness to see what would give you the best results. We dedicated a year of training to: Crossfit, Kettlebells, Gymnastics, and Triathlons. Taking a bit from each modality of fitness we have come up with K Squared Fitness. Programming that allows you to be strong, flexible, and have energy to do things with your family.
